🛡️ Warranty & Guarantees
All Mod4thai watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipping. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical failures under normal use and care.
✅ What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship

Movement malfunctions not caused by misuse

Faults occurring under normal wear conditions

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Wear & Tear: Cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, aging, or abrasions from regular use.

Impact Damage: Mechanical failure or cracks caused by drops, shocks, or improper handling.

Water Damage: Unless explicitly stated in the product description, watches are not guaranteed waterproof. However, repair services are available at cost.

Incorrect Date Setting: For watches using Seiko NH movements, damage caused by adjusting the date between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM (known as the "danger zone") is not covered.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Opening or modifying the watch by anyone other than Mod4thai voids the warranty.

🔧 Making a Warranty Claim

A description of the problem
We’ll evaluate your case and respond within 3 business days with next steps for repair or replacement (if eligible).
We understand that plans can change. However, since each watch is custom-built—even those marked as “Ready for Shipping”—cancellations or changes after placing an order may incur fees based on the time and resources already invested.
🔁 Order Cancellation:

Within 24 Hours of Purchase:
A 10% service fee applies to cover administrative and payment processing costs. -
After 24 Hours, but Before Shipping:
A service fee of up to 50% will apply to cover materials, custom parts, and labor already invested in your build. -
After Shipping:
Due to the custom nature of our watches, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the order has been shipped. -

You can request a design change by emailing us at info.mod4thai@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, change requests may not be possible or may incur additional fees, depending on the progress of your build.
Because every Mod4thai watch is individually handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.
✅ We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
